More Cake, Less Calories.

Cheer up, Crabpuff!

I made crab puffs for dinner. And if you want to make crab puffs too, you’ll need a few things.
My fave.

You’ll need: 6 oz cream cheese, 3 oz crab (ihadfakecrabsaywhat?), 3/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp salt, a light layer of pepper, and wonton wrappers.What you'll need.

Mix everything in a bowl.Mix it up.
Put a little bit in the middle of the wrapper.
Just a little.

Then seal the deal with a little egg wash, or water if you don’t have eggs.
No air bubbles allowed. ;]

Fry & enjoy. Make sure your oil isn’t too hot, or else it’ll look like the chocolate wontons at the bottom of my basket.
